Does anyone know how to attach a 2" filter to large 2" eyepieces that have a 1.25" AND 2" barrel like the Docter 12.5? I would like to use 2" filters to avoid unnecessary dimming that 1.25" filters will provide, but I have no idea how I would attach a 2" filter to an eyepiece like the Docter 12.5 even though its inherently a 2" eyepiece. I am using this on a Takahashi TSA-120 and I have all the included Takahashi adaptors that come standard with the TSA-120.
This photo I found of the Docter 12.5 even have a 2" filter next to it in the photo?? What am I doing wrong here?
