Yeah, I had one start that down the street from my house. It jammed my ham radio station with ~60 seconds of static, then when it came on, ~60 seconds of silence. It was using the power line in front of my house as an antenna. Turn on an AM radio and find a quiet spot on the dial- I bet you can hear it, probably pretty well.

This happened to me a while back and I enjoyed a dark driveway for almost a year and a half.
They fixed it now it goes on and off all night. Its off right now but was on ten minutes ago.
Just started to flash like it is warming up.
They should have just left it broken
